These are the basic terms for the RallyCoach private beta. A full terms-of-service package will replace this page before public launch.
What you get
RallyCoach provides a visible-skill estimate from a video you upload, plus position/movement insights and suggested training drills. The estimate reflects only what is visible in the uploaded clip — it is not a substitute for a verified rating system (DUPR, etc.) and may differ from your real-world rating.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload videos you have the right to upload.
- Don't upload footage of people who haven't consented to being filmed in identifiable form.
- Use the service for personal/coaching improvement — not for harassment or scraping.
Service availability
This is an early beta. The service may experience outages, slow analyses, or temporary limits. We'll do our best to be transparent about any issues. Don't rely on RallyCoach for time-critical decisions.
No medical or professional advice
RallyCoach is a pickleball analysis tool. Anything it shows (drills, suggestions, ratings) is informational only — not medical, physiotherapy, or professional coaching advice. Consult a qualified coach or physician where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
RallyCoach is provided "as is" during the beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
