Privacy Policy

RallyCoach ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This page summarises what we collect and how we use it. Detailed legal terms will be added before public launch; this is the private-beta disclosure.

What we collect

• Your email address (for signup/login through Supabase Auth).
• Pickleball videos you upload, stored privately in Cloudflare R2.
• Analysis output generated from your video (skill estimate, confidence band, suggestions).
• Basic usage telemetry (pages visited, feature use) — no third-party ad tracking.

How we use it

• To produce your visible-skill estimate and personalised training plan.
• To improve our analysis pipeline (aggregate metrics only; never resold).
• To send you account-related emails. We will never sell or rent your data.

Your control

• You can delete any individual analysis (and its uploaded video) from your dashboard.
• You can request full account deletion by emailing us — we will remove your account, videos, and analysis records within 30 days.
• Your videos and analyses are visible only to you (and an explicitly-shared coach, if you opt in).

Storage and security

Videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 with signed URLs (short-lived). Account data lives in Supabase Postgres with row-level security enforcing per-user access. We don't share analysis content with third parties beyond the model providers we call to run the analysis itself.
